Late checkout after 11:00 AM will incur a fee of 1,000 THB per hour ⏰
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Violation incurs a 5,000 THB fine
🔇 No loud noise outside after 10:00 PM. Indoor activities are allowed throughout the night
❌ No illegal substances or drugs allowed. Random checks may occur. Guests are fully responsible for any violations
👙 Please wear proper swimwear when using the pool
🐾 Pets are welcome, but not allowed in the pool. Violation incurs a 2,000 THB fine. Pet waste not cleaned: 1,000 THB per spot
🧼 Before checkout, please wash all used dishes and kitchenware, and tidy up trash. If not convenient, a cleaning fee of 500 THB per stay applies
