* The price of the accommodation includes...
- 300 units of electricity for 5 days stay
- 500 units for 1 week stay
- 1000 units for 1 month stay
(if you exceed the limit, electricity will be charged at 7 baht per unit).
Our property is welcome the furry friend and has some pet policies.
Pet fee
- 300 baht per pet per night for cats or dogs under 5 kg.
- 400 baht per pet per night for cats or dogs under 10 kg.
Pet rules
1. Only 1 pet per room is allowed and must be requested in advance every time.
2. Only small dogs or cats allowed up to 5kg.
3. If the pet damages or takes droppings in the public area without collecting it, there is a fine according to the house regulations.
4. Please keep the place clean and put the droppings in a bag before every garbage disposal.
5. Pets are not allowed to walk in public areas without a leash when they are in public areas, must be on a leash only in their pet's bags, baskets or carts.
6. Pets are not allowed to enter the Club House, Pool and Lounge Bar area.
