“

The host was responsive ,when we reported a blocked drain, it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent. However, there are areas for improvement. On arrival at night, it was hard to find the light switch, and main entrance two lights and hallway lights didn’t work. The first impression was poor due to a rotten smell from broken trash at the entrance, which we had to clean. Cockroaches were present on the ground floor and even crawled onto beds at night. No outside bin was provided, so broken trash bags attracted pests, and cleaners refused to collect them. I had to wake early often to take them out. No hand soap or cleaning supplies were provided, despite guests being expected to keep the space tidy. Bin bags were the wrong size, so we had to buy essentials ourselves. Room 4’s air conditioner didn’t work, and Room 2’s was too noisy for restful sleep. Kids’ toys were dirty and unhygienic. Two bean bags were also very dirty and need cleaning or replacement. Need maintenance.
