Maximum 25 additional guests allowed. 💰 Security Deposit: 10,000 THB, refunded on check‑out day if no damage is found inside the property. 🐶🐱 Pets: Small and medium‑sized dogs and cats allowed at 500 THB per pet per night. Large pets are not accepted. 🔊 Noise Policy Guests may use loud noise outdoors until 10:00 PM. After that, please continue activities and music indoors only.
