The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen and BBQ area, complete with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, wine buckets, and large ice containers. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers are provided for convenience. Parking is available both inside and outside the property, with 24‑hour security on site. Pets are welcome (small size, with an additional fee), and guests are kindly asked to maintain cleanliness and ensure pets do not enter the pool.
